Nancy is our Moonee Ponds office manager, and has been with the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre for 15 years. She’ll most likely be your first point of contact when you call for an appointment at Moonee Ponds.

Nancy is an experienced dental assistant, and as our treatment co-ordinator can inform you about the details of prosthodontic treatment. She’s also responsible for managing patient appointments and accounts, and is a vital member of our team in the area of patient correspondence and liaison with your dentist.

I am the Glen Waverley office manager. I am new to the practice only recently joined in mid 2016. I have been working in dentistry for the past 15 years. In my previous rolls I have worked as a dental nurse, clinical co-ordinator and then becoming a practice manager for a practice in Melbourne for 8 years managing 2 practices. I have a strong passion for all aspects of the dental industry. I have previous experiences working with specialist dentists over my career.

Since joining the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre I have had the pleasure of meeting wonderful patients who contribute to making it a rewarding and enjoyable environment. I am also very passionate about my career.

Working at the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre, Glen Waverley was my first venture into the world of Dentistry/Prosthodontics. After 40 years of working in a legal office and various roles in Retail Management, I decided it was time for a change of direction – and I definitely made the right decision! I have now been here 8 years and have learnt so much. I love working with and helping people and my role as Receptionist certainly enables me to do both.

I have two children and love being “Nanny Ro” to my granddaughter Indigo. I attend Rock N Roll classes and dances on a regular basis and enjoy all forms of crafts, especially Patchwork, Calligraphy and Knitting.

I am lucky enough to have been in the position to have had an all-on-4 done by Dr Nathaniel and am always happy to answer any questions people may have. It was very beneficial to my job as Receptionist to experience EXACTLY what our patients experience.

I became a dental nurse at the age of 18, starting with a periodontist and have worked in endodontics, general dentistry and now prosthodontics. Assisting in prosthodontics is very interesting and it is great to see the smiles on people’s faces when treatment is completed. My hobbies include scrapbooking, taking photos and converting them to slide shows and in my spare time I am a taxi driver for my children, driving them to their sporting events and activities.

I have been a dental assistant for the past 16 years. I grew up in country Victoria. My dental assisting career begun there and I worked in a large private practice as a clinical co-ordinator/senior dental nurse.

I moved to Melbourne in 2008 and began working for the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre as a senior dental nurse. I had a break from the company in 2012 for a few years to start a family where now I have a little boy named Ashley. I returned to working with the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre in 2016.

The highlight for me working for the Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre is the wonderful caring compassionate team we have here and the highest quality of care we all provide to our patients. I am currently studying for my Certificate IV in Dental Assisting which will qualify me to be able to take radiographs for our patients.

Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre has played an important part in my life. After working for 12 years in general dentistry, I decided to expand my knowledge to a specialist field.

I first worked for Melbourne Prosthodontic Centre for 2 years before taking a year off after a car accident. I returned in 2016 and have never looked back.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and 2 border collies, Ella and Koby, attending gym classes and taking the dogs for a run.

I have 3 children and I’ve been working in the dental industry as a dental assistant for more than 30 years. I’ve worked in several different fields of dentistry, beginning as a general assistant in 1984, and working as an orthodontic assistant as well as an endodontic assistant for a time. I am currently working at the Melbourne Posthodontic Centre as a prosthodontic assistant and I’ve been working here for the past 7 years – I love it!

Jahnn came to us from Hawkes Bay New Zealand. She enjoys the variety of assisting in both our Glen Waverley and Moonee Ponds practices. Outside work she likes caring for her horses.
